Overview

The Metro City Council required a complete AV overhaul of their historic council chambers. The system needed to support public meetings with live broadcast, secure executive sessions, electronic voting, and full accessibility compliance — all while preserving the aesthetic integrity of the heritage-listed room.

Outcome

The new system has dramatically improved meeting efficiency and public engagement. Council meetings now stream live with 4K quality and automated captioning. The secure executive mode ensures classified discussions remain protected. The heritage chamber maintains its original appearance with all technology discreetly integrated.
